In my opinion, the differentiator is in the way those services are provided and to that extent, Kathy embodies the qualities that I have come to value from PSITL. Kathy is organised but not fussy; diligent but not dogmatic; persistent without being pushy and compliant in a pragmatic way.   • Our commitment to industry standards - PSGS led the way in calling for a code of conduct for professional trustees to provide clear standards for advice and behaviour that clients should expect to receive from a paid professional, which was subsequently developed by The Association of Corporate Trustees and the Independent Pension Trustee Group .
