PSGS are the trusteeship and pension governance experts and the second largest professional trustee firm in the UK. That said, we’ve been successful at keeping the personal feel we had at the very start and we really enjoy what we do (it is true, we do!).
We help corporate clients look after their pension schemes, group life assurance trusts and healthcare trusts, making sure member benefits are well communicated, paid correctly and properly looked after. We share our extensive knowledge and experience and find smart solutions to benefit our clients. They trust us to get on with the job and deliver great service, knowing we’ll be friendly too.
To start with, we like coming to work! People are at the heart of our business – be that our team, others we work with or the members we represent. From new graduates starting their career with us to trustees with over 50 years’ experience, we’re a dynamic team that enjoys learning from and supporting each other and our clients.
We’re committed to delivering collaborative, client-focused teamwork and doing the very best job we can.
Other than being less than a minute walk from Reading train station and Charing Cross underground, our offices are surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, which benefit our work environment. With Reading town centre only a short walk away and Trafalgar Square over the road, our principal office locations suit everyone.
Directly from completing her law and business degree at the University of Brighton, Sophie Moyo joined us as a Trainee Scheme Manager in Reading. We’ve put in place a training plan to provide Sophie with the support and exposure she needs to give her a good grounding in pensions so she can begin building her knowledge.
Sophie has started with three main clients including one Pension Protection Fund (PPF) case, to get a rounded view of the work PSGS does, concentrate on learning the ropes and how pension schemes operate. She also helps the rest of the team with work such as collating meeting packs, billing and invoicing.
