Client feedback

PSGS was chosen because of their knowledge of the subject and awareness of our particular schemes.
George Batho ,
Trustee, Lansing Linde
Colin provides expert trusteeship. He guides former employees not familiar with legal constraints and restrictions - he is aware of them and helps solve problems - very happy.
Kathy, may l take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance. There were many times l thought l was losing my mind during my efforts with Aviva. You were a pillar of support for me and you saw my case through to the very end. I cannot thank you enough but thank you again. It is through people like you who strive for professional fairness as well as thoroughness, HCA has such a good reputation.
Ethel Chimutwe,
HCA International Ltd Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme
I found the trustee training really beneficial, highly recommended. I am not a trustee, I represent the employer and I think it will be valuable for me in future, having a better understanding of the trustees' perspective.
Dave Strain,
Royal Yachting Association
We don't have any worries - PSGS are always there for us and plan ahead with advisers and agendas.
Stephen Allaker,
Bristol Myers-Squibb
Keen to assist and helpful.

We’ve been lucky to have been in the position to take on new staff this year and are pleased to welcome three new members to the PSGS team.

Kate Barette joined our specialist Pension Protection Fund (PPF) team as an Assistant Scheme Manager in July and was a lucky participant in our first ever socially distanced garden ‘lockdown induction’. She is an experienced Paraplanner and joined us from Origen Financial Services.

At the end of September, Tom Corten joined from XPS where he was a Pensions Administrator. He is a Trainee Scheme Manager and supporting our team on scheme secretarial appointments.

Simon Lewis joins us as a Client Director from National Grid, where he was part of the leadership team for UK pensions delivery. His Pensions Technical Manager role included responsibility for 17 staff delivering projects, communications, data systems and legislative change, finance and accounting services to the pension trustees and employer.

They are all based out of our Reading office but will continue to work mainly from home, coming into the office one day a week in their socially distanced bubbles.

It was great that Tom, Kate and Simon (and their families) could join our virtual summer fete and start to get to know the PSGS team ahead of their formal start dates.
