Case study

Our client's in-house trustee team needed interim secretarial support for two sub committees and assistance with key projects that had previously been put on hold.

We spent at least one day a week at the in-house team office and held regular meetings and calls with the client’s governance manager and scheme secretary, following up on actions and drafting sub-committee reports. We also supported on projects, including GDPR compliance and a member nominated trustee election.

By sharing our experience of working on other schemes and suggesting alternative approaches, our client benefited from:
