Suzi is responsible for marketing and the internal and external communication of our business.
Suzi started her career in 1995 with Towers Perrin advising trustees and employers on all aspects of occupational pension schemes and broader employee benefits.
In 2001, Suzi joined Hazell Carr to help establish a new pensions consultancy. She developed joint services with professional connections, assisted regional offices with business development and oversaw the transition of outsourced actuarial and administration contracts.
Suzi joined Punter Southall in 2004 to strengthen business development and marketing. She then headed up marketing and communications for Hargreaves Lansdown Corporate Solutions, gaining extensive workplace pensions experience including governance and provider management. In 2010, she founded a consultancy specialising in employee and pensions communications.
At home, Suzi can usually be found out in the paddock looking after her sheep and alpacas.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, BSc Hons Mathematics.
