Mindaugas is a member of the marketing, communications & technology team.

Background & experience

Mindaugas decided to pursue his passion for information technology (IT) in 2018 and enrolled at Birkbeck University of London. After three years, he gained a foundation degree in web development and will soon gain a bachelor’s degree in IT.

In December 2020, Mindaugas had an internship as a trainee web developer at PolyDynamic UG, specialising in game and web development. He worked on e-commerce and website projects including developing bespoke pages using AdobeXD designs, debugging and correcting website errors and performance issues, creating JavaScript and CSS animations and editing and embedding videos. He also supported the marketing manager with marketing plan execution.

Mindaugas joined us in 2022. As a technology super-user, he supports the technology manager as well as the PSGS team. He plays a key role in getting new technology developed and rolled out, ensuring the team have the tools to deliver the best service to our clients. He creates pension scheme websites and uses analytics to drive improvements for website users.

Qualifications: foundation degree in science - web development, BSc information technology (currently studying)
