Matthew acts as scheme secretary for several clients and provides secretarial support to larger schemes.
Matthew began his pensions career in 2010 with BT as a pensions administrator. He then moved on to the Royal Mail Pension Scheme, where he provided administrative support to deferred scheme members including retirements and transfers.
Matthew has experience working for third party administrators including Capita and Willis Towers Watson, as well as working in-house for both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes. He also worked on a large-scale redress project and has experience of resolving member complaints.
Matthew joined us in 2022 from Smart Pension Master Trust, where he was involved in the launch of an online drawdown product and helped the operational team with administrative support.
Matthew is a qualified junior cricket coach at his local club where he runs summer sessions.
