Ken is a professionally qualified pensions and benefits specialist with deep technical knowledge and practical experience.
Ken began his corporate pensions career in 1989 at S.G. Warburg Group plc. He managed the governance of UK and overseas pensions and benefit plans for ten years and was Trustee Secretary and a Trustee Director. He then held a similar position with ABN AMRO as Global Head of Pensions & Benefits, dealing with complex and large schemes.
In 2011, Ken became senior pensions adviser at The Post Office, then part of the £27bn Royal Mail Pension Plan. He was involved in valuations, investment strategy and risk reduction involving large scale pensions change with extensive consultation with members and trade unions.
In 2015, Ken became Group Pensions and Benefits manager at SEGRO plc. He supported the corporate and trustee strategies and was responsible for ensuring effective governance of pensions, employee benefits and health arrangements in the UK and overseas.
Ken was a TPAS Adviser for nine years.
