Many organisations and people provide the services that clients need. In my opinion, the differentiator is in the way those services are provided and to that extent, Kathy embodies the qualities that I have come to value from PSITL. Kathy is organised but not fussy; diligent but not dogmatic; persistent without being pushy and compliant in a pragmatic way. Whilst she takes ownership and drives issues forward, Kathy is a team player who uses her and her colleagues experience to provide services to her trustee client whilst working closely with those like me representing the sponsoring employer. She works collaboratively with advisers but constructively challenges the scope of services, fees and service standards whenever necessary and makes sure that member needs are always taken into account. I enjoy working with her and trust that she will deliver what is required by the trustee and the members they represent in a manner satisfactory to the sponsoring employer.

Jasmin supports the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Background & experience

Jasmin is most often found playing with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. She creates graphic design for a range of communications, including pension newsletters, member updates and service flyers. She also uses her skills to set appealing briefing notes, case studies and white papers.

Jasmin looks after our website and online presence. She keeps our website and social media pages up to date with new opinions and service flyers and is responsible for website maintenance. She creates regular LinkedIn and Twitter posts and direct mailing campaigns to interact with our audience and drive more traffic to our website.

Jasmin produces regular management information reports relating to our online presence and marketing activity and a business development pipeline showcasing wins and potential opportunities. She also helps prepare proposals, presentations and placemats.

Jasmin achieved a bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and has jumped out of a plane from 10,000 ft, freefalling at 125mph!
