James is an accredited professional trustee. He manages a range of trustee and sole trustee appointments.
James has worked in pensions since 2010, having previously been part of the Punter Southall actuarial team, before joining us in 2016 to move to professional trusteeship.
James has significant experience of providing scheme secretarial and governance services to a wide range of clients. He uses the skills and expertise from this to bring further value to his trustee appointments to ensure they are well run and have the relevant processes and procedures in place.
James acts as the lead sole corporate trustee to five schemes and as an alternate to five schemes. Some have seen significant funding improvements and are undertaking actions to secure benefits with an insurer. He also chairs PSGS’ end game planning service line.
James is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys playing and watching football. He is also a qualified Scuba Diver with over 200 dives under his belt to date.
