David is an experienced programme manager and pension trustee with an extensive background in finance and business change programmes.
David joined EDF Energy in 2003 as a financial controller, moving into programme manager roles across finance, IT and shared services.
David started his pension career in 2011 when he became a trustee of the EDF Energy Pension Scheme where he managed several projects, including implementing pensions auto-enrolment, delivering a company-wide pensions review programme and a covenant alignment exercise.
Before joining us in 2022, David worked at GSK as a pensions project consultant. He managed a number of pension projects, including the closure of legacy defined benefit (DB) schemes, setting up a new defined contribution (DC) pension master trust and designing a GMP equalisation implementation approach.
David enjoys running Parkruns and singing in various choirs, including a local community choir and a male singing group.
