Chloe is a member of the marketing, communications & technology team.
Chloe began her pensions career in 2019 with XPS Administration as a junior pensions administrator, where she followed best practise in all aspects of pensions administration when handling new entrants,leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths.
At the start of 2021, Chloe started an online Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) course at Oxford College of Marketing to study professional digital marketing. She has received a merit in her first module, Digital Marketing Techniques and a distinction in the second module, Applied Marketing. The course has taught her how to develop a digital marketing plan and different techniques to increase customer engagement and action. It has broadened her understanding of the marketing environment, customer behaviour in the digital age and market research.
Chloe creates regular social media and website posts to keep our online presence up to date. She produces monthly reports relating to PSGS’ marketing activity and business development, highlighting the team’s wins and potential opportunities.
Chloe participated in the 5k Supernova run at the Olympic Park in London and helped raise £1,790 for Different Strokes, our chosen charity for 2022.
